Our camps for kids ages 5-12 include topics like robotics, architecture, coding, LEGO engineering, carpentry, and more. With half-day, whole-day, 1-day, and 4-day options, there's a summer camp that will fit your family's schedule.

August 10 – 14, 9-4 at the Textile Center of Minnesota: It’s Alive: Puppet Theatre invites campers to bring imagination to life through the art of puppet making and performance! Campers will create their own puppets and collaborate on a camp show. To ensure a high-quality experience for campers, Textile Center’s Summer Camps operate at a 1:6 adult to child ratio, with a classroom maximum of 12 campers. Recommended for teens ages 12 – 16 yrs.

Explore the magical world of miniatures while learning all about felting: humankind’s oldest textile technique! Whether you’re inspired by real life, your imagination, or your favorite TV show or storybook, this tiny landscape is sure to be just as fun to create as it is to play with! Campers will learn all about needle felting, wet felting, and stitched embellishment techniques as they build their own miniature felted worlds.
