Pinocchio - October 15–18, 2026 - Minneapolis. Five theatre painters use paint brushes, scaffolding, and wallpaper rolls to stage a music-filled retelling of Pinocchio’s quest to become a real boy.
Fall Break (MEA) Day Camp - October 15–16, 2026 - Burnsville. The camp offers gymnastics, foam pit and trampoline activities, games, crafts, and full-day, half-day, and after-care options for children ages 5–12.
Morning Open Gym (Ages 5 & Under) - Burnsville. Children ages 5 and under can explore, climb, bounce, and play on supervised gymnastics equipment.
Fall Celebration Festival at Pinehaven Farm - October 16–18, 2026 - Wyoming. The festival includes a pumpkin patch, hot apple cider, corn pit, bonfires, more than 35 farm attractions, and a haystack adventure course.
The Great Pumpkin Trail - October 14–18, 2026 - Wyoming. Visitors follow a lighted trail featuring more than 10,000 carved jack-o’-lanterns, including spooky faces and whimsical creatures.

Twelve Kinds of Ice - October 13–18, 2026 - Minneapolis. This world premiere musical follows Ellen’s icy childhood adventures with her father as ice forms onstage.
Parents Night Out - Burnsville. Children take part in active games, open gym, trampoline activities, and crafts while parents have three hours to themselves.
Open Gym (All Ages) - Burnsville. Participants of all ages can bounce, climb, tumble, and play on a supervised gymnastics floor.
FREE fall and holiday mini photo sessions with Shoott! - Minneapolis-St. Paul - October 17–18, 2026 - Minneapolis-St. Paul. Shoott offers 30-minute outdoor family photo sessions with no sitting fee or upfront cost.
Beetlejuice Jr at Youth Performance Company - October 16–18, 2026 - St. Paul. Youth performers present this theatrical production at the Youth Performance Company.

Lenny Pearce – TODDLER RAVE WORLD TOUR - Minneapolis. This family rave features big beats and tiny feet, with doors opening at 11:30 a.m. and the show beginning at 12:30 p.m.
Dakota Sacred Hoop Walk - Minnesota Landscape Arboretum - October 13–18, 2026 - Chaska. The event is available at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with advance reservations or tickets required.
Downtown Farmers Market - Minneapolis - October 14–18, 2026 - Minneapolis. The market operates Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. through October 31.
