The Works Museum

The Works Museum is a hands-on, minds-on engineering museum for kids ages 5 to 12. Come explore in the Experience Gallery, sign up for a summer or school break camp, or even have your birthday party here! Our exhibits, programs, and design challenges engage kids in science, technology, and engineering and make learning memorable and fun. Dreams need doing, and exploring engineering gives a child the power to make stuff, break stuff, and make it better! We need the imagination and skill of engineers to solve the problems and address the challenges of our modern world. Engineering fuels collaboration, persistence, and problem solving; critical skills for every child from every walk of life. The Works Museum welcomes you to explore engineering and stretch your imagination. Visit our Museum with your family or group, and be sure to check out our birthday party packages, field trips, programs we can bring to your school, camps, and incredible events and special activity days. Are you looking for a unique (and fun, of course!) birthday party idea for your child? Host your celebration at The Works Museum! Parents love our easy-to-supervise open format experience gallery, where your guests can build and race K’Nex cars down a ramp, explore giant kaleidoscopes, explore the engineering behind the walls of The House, and more.
