Nestled in the hills of south Theodore Wirth Regional Park, the Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden and Bird Sanctuary is an 18-acre, historic, native plant-focused botanic garden with a collection of over 640 plant species. This public garden is a treasure to nature lovers of all ages and wildflower enthusiasts from near and far. The natural surface trails meander through woodland, wetland and meadow garden areas, with a total trail length of about 1.25 miles. Free, drop-in public tours and programs including Garden Tours, Birding Programs, Nature Storytime Programs and more.
