The Phipps Center for the Arts, propelled by our community-based Arts Council, serves as a welcoming and open home for the St. Croix River Valley region and beyond to empower and cultivate lifelong artistic expression, participation, and appreciation.

The Phipps offers dance, theater and visual arts classes for children and adults. Our Summer Arts Camps program has seven weeks of dance, theater and visual art for kids ages 3-18.
