Since 1980, Steve & Kate’s Camp has put kids in charge–allowing campers to choose from a variety of activities in real-time, including sewing, stop-motion animation, coding & gaming, sports & recreation, maker crafts, water play, baking, and more. As children are empowered to make their own choices at camp, they discover new reserves of confidence, resiliency, and creativity–learning to course correct and trust themselves as they go. Families can buy any number of days, to use at any time–no weekly reservations required. Or, buy a Summer Pass, which covers the whole season. Either way, any unused Passes are automatically refunded at summer’s end. Ages: 4–12 | Lunch, snacks & all hours (8am–6pm) included. ![]() |

This 3-morning workshop gives children ages 6-11 the opportunity to explore and celebrate the vital role of water in our lives through the art of weaving. Participants will learn basic weaving techniques then create paper placemats, up-cycled denim coasters, and unique water-themed wall hangings, while learning about water and Lake Minnetonka. Each participant will leave with their creations, an investigation guide, yarn needles, and a custom "water weaver" shuttle for future weaving projects. ![]() |

This 3-afternoon workshop for children ages 6-11 intertwines the historic Lake Minnetonka Streetcar Boats and the Twin Cities streetcar system from the 1900's with (1) creating unique maps of the Lake and coding Ozobot robots to travel our own streetcar boat routes, (2) paper-engineering 3-D pop-up cards and (3) creating a mixed media art piece all focusing on boats and water transportation. ![]() |

Who: Ages 7+
What: Get ready for a week of style, sparkle, and self-expression at Pop Star Style Camp! Campers will create dazzling DIY projects like custom jewelry, bedazzled denim (bring your own denim to customize!), and personalized pillows. From Friendship Bracelet Garlands to yarn microphones for karaoke, their creativity will take center stage!
