Harold & the Purple Crayon
June 13 – 17 ( 9 am – 11:30 am ) – $130
Coloring and visual art is one of the first things we are “drawn” to. This class taps into the imagination that a box of crayons can unleash. Just like the award winning book with Harold, we will color our adventures and bring them to life.
I’m Gonna Be a Superhero
June 27 – July 1 ( 9 am – 11:30 am ) – $130
We are surrounded be heroes in books and films. But what makes them larger than life? If you could have a Super Power, what would be it be and what would you do with it? Using theater, we will change the world with the characters we dream up and the alter egos we become.
Charlotte’s Web
July 25 – 29 ( 9 am – 12 pm ) – $130
This timeless tale of love, loss and connection will always weave a spell. We will take on the roles we know so well from the classic book and also craft some that are of our very own invention.
Fractured Fairy Tales
August 8 – 12 ( 9 am – 11:30 am ) – $130
Fairy tales always have more than one way they can be told. Whether it is a folk legend or a magical kingdom, we will draw from many possibilities and reinvent them for ourselves. It’s all in the telling!
Campfire Stories
August 15 – 19 ( 9 am – 12 pm ) – $130
Taking inspiration from the Goosebumps tales, we will explore the art of telling a story with suspense, humor and a bit of a scare! Our classroom will become a summer campfire where we can share these fables.
