Mill City Farmers Market was founded in June 2006 by Brenda Langton, whole foods educator, chef and owner of spoonriver restaurant, in collaboration with the Mill City Museum to promote Healthy Foods, Local Farmers.

Find us rain or shine on the Chicago Mall between the Guthrie Theatre and spoonriver restaurant, and in the historic train shed of the Mill City Museum. The Market overlooks a beautiful sunrise on the Stone Arch Bridge crossing the mighty Mississippi River. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor shopping experience enhanced by local, sustainable, and organic farmers and artisans. Don’t forget your shopping list!
