The best way to "grow" a child's appetite for vegetables is to involve them in the garden-to-table process!

At the beginning of the growing season, spend some time in the kitchen discovering new, delicious and fun ways to enjoy the season together. You and your child will begin with basic kitchen skills such as measuring, using a knife, and following a recipe, and will cook your way through a tasty, multi-course snack feast. Laura will share tidbits on nutrition, botany and growing your own food while guiding this hands-on program. You will leave with samples to share at home, recipes, a greater appreciation for vegetables, and an extra portion of fun together-time!
