Foundation Gymnastics is a new gymnastics facility in the Midway Neighborhood of St Paul. Located at 655 Fairview Ave N, Foundation Gymnastics not only provides gymnastics instruction for Preschool (2 - 5 year olds) and Recreational (6 and older) level children, but it also house the University of Minnesota's Men's Gymnastics Club Program (2024 National Champions!). Our 14,000 square foot facility is a perfect place for your kids to get a great start on developing basic body awareness and movement in a safe and fun environment
Each class is filled with songs, games, obstacle courses, and beginner gymnastics skills that set the stage for future athletic success, both in the gym and beyond.
