MITY's mission is to inspire and challenge intellectually curious students to pursue their passions within a diverse, inclusive community and empower them by building skills and relationships for lifelong success. We provide unique classes that enable students to learn about topics not generally taught in school, and our hands-on approach makes learning engaging and exciting. Small class sizes, field trips and guest speakers all contribute to our dynamic environment. Students can attend half day, full day, or extended day and choose from over 20 classes. Sample classes include: Crimes and Clues, Outdoor Adventures in Engineering, Creating Cool Chemistry, STEM Theater, Creative Writing, Mock Trial, and Studio Art classes. Financial aid is available.
