Everyday Treasures: Found Object Sculpture Virtual Camp

Are you a collector of the unusual and the unappreciated? Then break out your bits and you bobs and join us as we explore the world of found object sculpture! We will dig into our collections to find our inspiration and we will incorporate treasures discovered in our homes and backyards. After questing for materials we will then create sculptures full of curious texture, colorful history, and personal meaning. We will touch on the topics of form and narrative as well as briefly examining the history of sculpture by looking at the work of select artists. Sign up now and get ready to dig into the junk drawer, activate your imagination, and have some fun.
