New and returning campers thrive during a week packed full of exciting, structured activities. They’ll learn new skills and build self-esteem while practicing the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Traditional Camps
Activities include swimming, canoeing, archery, fishing, environmental education, cookouts, arts and crafts and more.
Specialty Camps
Provide two hours of focus on a favorite activity. Accomplishments are marked with special beads for every camper to collect.
Horse Camps
52 horses, trail and ring riding. Come experience the joys of horseback riding at Horse Camp! Day Camp Kici Yapi riding programs are progressively structured to provide campers with a fun experience of interacting with gentle horses.
Teen Specialty Camps
Our leadership camps develop the total person – spirit, mind, and body – through a variety of service projects, hands-on activities and team-building exercises. Our leaders of tomorrow begin with our youth of today!
Peak Adventure Camps
Discover Camp Kici Yapi’s wild side! participants enjoy the great outdoors during peak adventure Camp week filled with outdoor adventures and lasting memories.
Volunteer Junior Counselors
This volunteer opportunity is a 4 week commitment for 14-16 year olds. Junior Counselors will spend their time learning from Senior Counselors while working with a group of campers. All Junior Counselors must go through an application process. Please contact the Assistant Camp Director for more information.
