2D Art and Illusions
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
2D art is artwork that exists on a flat surface and has measurable height and width, but no depth. Drawing, painting, and photography are all forms of two-dimensional artwork. An illusion is a deceptive or misleading appearance, or a false idea or belief. In simpler terms, it's something that seems real or true, but is not. Illusions can involve visual perception, like an optical illusion, or they can be delusions or false ideas. Durig this camp, we will learn about both types of art and create our own 2D art and illusions.
