FilmNorth's weeklong film camps in St. Paul from June 23-August 29, 2025 cover a range of cinematic subjects, including filmmaking basics, directing, cinematography, animation, screenwriting, street photography, and on-camera acting. Designed for youth ages 10-17, these interactive programs provide live instruction, hands-on project development, and creative activities. Snacks, drinks, and all materials are included. Final screenings will be held in our brand-new, state-of-the-art cinema!

Monday-Thursday day camp for kids ages 9-11 who enjoy exploring nature and being outside. We will map the park, search for critters and plants, and go on hikes.

Minneapolis Parks Neighborhood Naturalist Program
Campers will spend time in the JD Rivers' Produce Garden, caring for and harvesting plants to use to make snacks and crafts. Visit the beehives behind the garden, learn some basic food preservation techniques, and make art with plants from the garden. In addition to spending time in the garden and kitchen, we will explore other areas of the park and connect with nature through games and activities.

Campers are invited to spend a week (or a single day) getting creative with paint surrounded by the beautiful works at Gallery B612. Over the course of the week campers will explore and experiment with different media, create and take home unique artwork each day, and most importantly, have fun!
