Minnesota Heat's certified trainers bring a wealth of experience and multiple training options for players for peak flexibility and gains. From an individual sessions to a group or between a private or an open session, families are able to select a training format that best suit their athlete.

Since 1979, Skyhawks Sports Academy has led Safe, Fun and Skill-focused sports camps and programs for youth between the ages of 3-15. We offer 10+ sports - and countless ways for your child to grow. The camps range from soccer to baseball to our popular multi-sport camp where kids sample three different sports (Soccer, Basketball, and Baseball) in one camp.
