GRADES 1 – 3
Summer Theatre Workshops for Grades 1-3 focus on developing theatre skills in a fun, supportive, and collaborative environment. Guided by professional Teaching Artists, students will work together to explore and expand their “Actor Toolbox” – their body, voice, and imagination! As part of the last day of the workshop, families are invited to join us for a short presentation of skills learned throughout the week.
- Singing & Dancing – As a part of each day of workshop, students will work with both a professional Choreographer and Music Director to develop dancing & singing skills.
- Acting Adventure – As a part of each day of workshop, students will participate in Creative Drama & Improvisation classes led by professional Teaching Artists.
Location: Robbinsdale Middle School – 3730 Toledo Ave N, Robbinsdale, MN 55422
Tuition: $385.00 (including a $10 handling fee)
STC offers afternoon extended care for Grades 1 – 3 from 3:30 – 4:30pm. Families must register for the full week of afternoon extended care (Monday – Thursday), for a cost of $60.00 per student. We encourage families to register early, as we have a limited number of spots for this program.

Broadway is having a big moment! From classic golden age musicals such as The Sound of Music and Annie, nostalgic local inspired tales like Charlie Brown, and the contemporary phenomenon of Wicked… Broadway musicals are all over the big screen. Get ready to grow your “triple threat” skills (singing, dancing, and acting) by practicing what it really takes to earn a standing ovation!
