GRADES 1 – 3
Summer Theatre Workshops for Grades 1-3 focus on developing theatre skills in a fun, supportive, and collaborative environment. Guided by professional Teaching Artists, students will work together to explore and expand their “Actor Toolbox” – their body, voice, and imagination! As part of the last day of the workshop, families are invited to join us for a short presentation of skills learned throughout the week.
- Singing & Dancing – As a part of each day of workshop, students will work with both a professional Choreographer and Music Director to develop dancing & singing skills.
- Acting Adventure – As a part of each day of workshop, students will participate in Creative Drama & Improvisation classes led by professional Teaching Artists.
Location: Robbinsdale Middle School – 3730 Toledo Ave N, Robbinsdale, MN 55422
Tuition: $385.00 (including a $10 handling fee)
STC offers afternoon extended care for Grades 1 – 3 from 3:30 – 4:30pm. Families must register for the full week of afternoon extended care (Monday – Thursday), for a cost of $60.00 per student. We encourage families to register early, as we have a limited number of spots for this program.

It’s time to shine like you’re born to be… Summer Theatre Workshop is gonna be (gonna be) GOLDEN this year! The global phenomenon has taken over our screens, and now it’s time to belt our favorite songs on the stage! Guided by Stages musical theatre teaching artists, we’ll hone our singing, dancing, and acting skillsets singing and dancing the tunes that took over the world this year.
