Project Purpose is a unique, 8-week program for young animal advocates in grades 3-10 to learn more about Animal Humane Society while empowering them to help make the world a better place for animals.
Project Purpose can also be used to fulfill school or club community service requirements.
For 3rd-4th graders, they'll learn about AHS, complete service projects, and build enrichment activities for our shelter animals. 7th-10th graders will participate in animal enrichment and walking dogs, to supporting our veterinary services staff, this program offers students a behind-the-scenes look into working in animal welfare.
