Majestic China is a huge country with an ancient civilization and many geographic contrasts. Boasting vast deserts like the Gobi, towering mountains such as Mount Everest, and misty green zones like the Zhangjiajie National Forest, China is home to a diverse array of plants and animals. Walk along the Great Wall, visit the Forbidden City, and celebrate the new year with fireworks and dragon dances!
Sessions are available for ages 4 – 17!
Two week-long sessions — Chinese Holidays & Traditions and “Beautiful Grandness” — offer a wide variety of artforms for kids ages 6 – 12 to explore.
A Start with the Arts gives 4 – 5-year-olds a joyful introduction to China’s art, culture, and wildlife through movement, drama, art-making, and other hands-on activities alongside arts educators. This preschool program parallels our school-age sessions in theme and content.
ArtStart’s Camp Create is geared for youth ages 13 years+ who want to explore their artist within as they work side- by-side with professional artists.
