Join us for exciting and enriching Kids Yoga classes designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit of your children! Each dynamic and fun-filled session incorporates a blend of breathwork, meditation, movement, rest, games, and laughter, all while exploring the wonderful world of yoga. Each kids class is lef by Holly Bustle of One Love Yoga. Be sure to pre-register online and arrive 15 minutes early to park and walk to the class.
