JD Rivers' Garden to Table Day Camp 7/21-7/24
Monday-Thursday day camp for kids ages 9-11 who enjoy gardening and and making snacks with produce from the garden. We will work in the garden, do cooking projects, and explore the nature in Theodore Wirth Park.

Spend your week delighting in the wonders of a produce garden right in the middle of Theodore Wirth Park! We will spend time exploring the plants and critters that live in the garden, including an up-close look at the beehive behind the garden. Campers will gain experience in caring for the plants in the garden and will make plant-based arts and crafts, as well as a variety of fruit, veggie, and herb-based snacks from dips to baked goods. We will let our curiosity guide us on hikes through the forest, wildflower garden, and exploring the lake and creek near the garden.
