Monday-Thursday day camp for kids ages 9-11 who enjoy gardening and baking with fresh produce from the garden. We will work in the garden, do baking projects in the kitchen, and explore the nature in Theodore Wirth Park.

Get your gardening gloves and baking aprons on! This day camp is all about using fresh produce grown right in JD Rivers’ Garden to create delicious baked goods of all kinds! Learn the basic techniques and science of baking while making baked goods that all feature flavors found in the garden. We will spend time exploring the garden and learn about the plants used for our baking projects, meet the bees that give us honey, and spend time exploring the woods and water of Theodore Wirth Park when we’re not busy in the kitchen.
