Free Fall Family Garden

Join us Saturday, October 12th from 9:30 to 11:00am for a FREE fall garden event. This event is a preview of our regular summer programming, Darling Little Farms will be hosting Family Garden Time Saturday mornings throughout the growing season for children and their families. This will take place as an open house. Multiple stations will be available to explore the garden. Garden activities will vary depending on the season. For example, June classes will include planting while August and September classes will include harvesting and taking home these harvests. Other activities will include story time, mud kitchen, watering, fairy gardens, dyeing with plants, garden bingo, making teas, and floral arrangements. Supplies will be provided for participants and are included in the cost of registration.
Participants (children) must attend with an adult - grandparents, aunties, uncles, close family friends, or anyone who is part of their "village". Up to 3 participants can attend with one single adult. The whole family is welcome to attend to support their child(ren) in the activities. Only pay for the amount of participants (children). Many activities are interactive and will involve participation from the child's supporting adult.
Please bring close toe shoes, clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, sunscreen, and water bottle. There will be a bathroom on site.
