The North St. Paul Business Association and the City of North St. Paul invite you to join us for our Fall Round Up Parade on Thursday, September 15 at 6:00 p.m. in our historic downtown. This family-friendly parade showcases the best of our community and region with floats, bands, clowns, and much more.
