Clay Club

Looking for a hands on activity for your student outside of distance learning this fall? NCC is offering safe, distanced in-person clay making experiences for kids 9 and up as an extracurricular creative activity to supplement our new virtual lives. Clay Club will meet once a week for four weeks with an NCC Teaching Artist who will guide students through a variety of wheel throwing and handbuilding projects. Clay Club participants will get to make bowls and cups on the wheel and explore adding handbuilt embellishments to their works. Thorough safety measures are in place for in-person classes; low class sizes (8 participants max), required masks and distancing inside the studios, and the sanitizing of studios each day. Ages 9 & up.
