2026 Easter Egg Candy Hunt

The City of Chanhassen’s Easter Egg Candy Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 4, at City Center Park. Each year, this annual hunt draws over 500 children (plus their family members)! Each participant will receive a bag for gathering candy and eggs, as well as the chance to find special eggs that are redeemable for prizes. Make sure to bring your camera for a photo with the Easter Bunny!

There will be two waves of this event: Wave 1 at 9 a.m., and Wave 2 at 10 a.m. All ages are welcome to register for either wave. The egg dash will begin at approximately 9:05 a.m. for Wave 1, and 10:05 a.m. for Wave 2. It is recommended to arrive fifteen minutes early to ensure enough time to park and walk to the event space.
Pre-registration is encouraged and is available through Friday, April 3. Day-of registration will be available at the event.
