Time for slime! In this virtual camp, we will get messy and learn about material science as we discover the many methods of slime creation! This hands-on and experiment-filled camp takes a kid’s natural love of slime to the next level.

We will explore different states of matter and engage in scientific processes—observation, investigation, and reflection! What makes one material more pliable than the other? Why is this material denser than that one? Sensory seekers will enjoy creating edible play dough, many types of textured slime, and even glow goo! Put on your play clothes and lab coat and have a silly, slimy good time!

Camp Information:

Camp includes video instructions and all supplies for about 2-3 hours of home activity along with three educator-led and facilitated zoom sessions throughout the day.
Camp in a Box requires pick up in advance from The DoSeum the weekend before camp.
All campers will need access to a device (laptop, chrombook, ipad, etc.) and internet that can support Zoom calls with video.
Links to Zoom calls will be provided via email to the caregiver email address submitted in the registration.
Camp registration is $55 for Non-Members and $45 for DoSeum Members.

The DoSeum is committed to providing a safe and healthy space to explore and discover. If, for any reason, The DoSeum cancels a One-Day Camp a full refund will be issued. Guests that fail to arrive after registering or cancel on their own accord will not be eligible for a refund.
