President's Day– School’s Out Camps at Minnesota Zoo

F.O.R.E.S.T. Friends
Fisher. Otter. Raccoon. Eagle. Skunk. Turkey. What do they all have in common? These animals are practically in our own backyards and many may have wandered into yours! How are they equipped to survive our winters? Some may hibernate & some may migrate, but these animals usually tough it out like most Minnesotans do!
AGE: 4 years old by September 1, 2017 through children in Kindergarten (child only class)

Royal Animals
In Egypt cats were considered very magical beings. Are there any animal you find particularly special? Discover the ancient stories behind various animals considered to be especially important in other cultures and find out the mystery behind each. Meet their ancestors here at the Zoo! Explore what kinds of animals are most important to you and why. Wish you were president of the United States? Find out the past pets of our presidents and imagine what pets you would get if you were president. Snake, emu, tiger? Lizard, sloth, hawk? Cast your vote today!
