Owatonna Museum and Fair - Maryanne Young Senior Center In Blaine

*The event has already taken place on this date: Thu, 08/15/2019
The Steele County Free Fair in Owatonna, MN is an amazing fair. It has everything the state fair has to offer in a much smaller, less crazy environment. August 15 is Senior Day at the fair.

There is food, vendors, animals, music, shows, and tons more! We’ll get you to the fair by noon so you can have plenty of time to eat! Before the fair we’ll make a stop at the MN State Public School Orphanage Museum for a guided tour. The Museum was founded to “Remember the Children” who lived there. Between 1886 and 1945, 10,635 children that were orphaned, abandoned, or abused were sent to Owatonna. Fee includes transportation and guided tour.
