Monsters on Vacation at Minnesota Children's Museum
Where do monsters go on vacation? To the beach, of course! Join friendly monsters as they kick off their flip flops, put on their sunscreen and enjoy a day of fun! Make the most of your beach day as you maneuver through the monster obstacle course, show off your best dance moves at the underwater disco, feed the giant tree monsters, patch up monster-sized boo-boos at the lifeguard station and more. What kind of monster friends will you make?
Be on the lookout for other monster-themed experiences on the museum’s fourth floor, including the Monster Puppet Studio in The Studio and Monster Playground in The Landing.

Monsters on Vacation uses engaging, hands-on play to help children develop and strengthen important social and emotional learning skills. The exhibit provides a fun environment for visitors to practice identifying, expressing and managing big emotions in a friendly and non-judgmental environment.
