Artistry collaborates with artists and the broader community to offer programs in theater, visual arts, arts education and creative placemaking, reaching over 80,000 people each year.

Did you know that Artistry offers art classes – both at Bloomington Center for the Arts and through our outreach programs?

We believe that access to the arts is essential for growth, communication, and health, and we strive to ensure that we provide opportunities for all in our communities to participate. This is true for all students, whatever their level of experience.  We offer beginners classes, for those just starting out, right through to masterclasses for those wishing to hone their fine arts craft.

On-site classes include painting, drawing, clay, and glass studio classes for adults and an array of crafts classes for young people. In 2022 we will be expanding our classes to include opportunities for theater and writing alongside our visual arts and craft offerings to make sure that there really is something for everyone – whatever your art.

Summers bring summer camps, and we offer a myriad of programs between June and August for kids of all ages.  These activities span all the elements that the grown-ups have access to – and more!

Outreach is vitally important in terms of accessibility.  Everyone deserves the opportunity to experience arts learning at all ages. Our outreach programs stretch into schools, libraries, community centers, social service organizations, and beyond.

You can find out more about all these elements of education at Artistry by visiting www.artistrymn.org under the Education tab!
