The Minnesota Heat organization began in 2006 as a program which gave boys, regardless of their ability level, a chance to play competitive basketball in the fall and spring seasons.

We're excited to offer training opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to help athletes reach their potential, one rep at a time.
Minnesota Heat's certified trainers bring a wealth of experience and multiple training options for players for peak flexibility and gains. From an individual sessions to a group or between a private or an open session, families are able to select a training format that best suit their athlete.
