Explore the life of Minnesota pioneer Jane Gibbs, her family, and her friends, the Dakota people. Gibbs Farm is a historic farm located in Ramsey County. The Farm offers historical, educational, and fun special events, tours, activities and information on the lives of the pioneers and Dakota people in Minnesota during the 1800s and early 1900s. Site includes historic farmhouse, schoolhouse, barns, sod house, Dakota bark lodge, wild rice camp, farm animals, restored prairie and gardens, all with live interpreters. Parking is free with admission.
